Using our 3D machining programming, we can produce window bars that have that mitred look to them whilst keeping the bars in one piece

This is a far more accurate and time saving way to apply window bars to any window, from conventional bars to complex or unsual shapes such as gothic styles.

As all internal corners are square, this type of machining keeps a traditional non routed look to any window. Many architecs and designers are using this method for bespoke applications, materials commonly used are exterior MDF or ply.

Please contact us if you have any special requirements.
