Laser cutting covers a wide variety of materials, cutting with laser means that the laser beam will follow the outline of your drawing, all internal corners remain square unlike routing, the laser can also cut very small, a 0.3mm thick cut is standard so any intricate detail can be kept.

We can laser cut items such as acrylics, wood, leather, paper, card, rubber and open cell foam to name but a few.

Laser cutting wood based materials such as MDF will leave a burnt edge (blackens) but cutting acrylic actually gives a good polished edge, so no finishing is required.

To the right are some examples of work we have cut with laser.

If you have an application for this type of cutting, please email us to discuss your requirements.
